The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards were held last night in Los Angeles; it was an evening filled with awesome performances from artists like Pink, Beyoncé, and Taylor Swift—not to mention a star-studded tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson (with Céline Dion, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood and even Smokey Robinson!). But before all that happened, the music industry’s hottest strutted their stuff on the red carpet. Here are our favourite outfits from last night!

Taylor Swift looked über glam in her dazzling blue KaufmanFranco gown. We also loved her side-swept romantic curls that were pinned up to reveal her shoulders.
A bit more bohemian, but also very pretty: we give a thumbs up to Francesca Battistelli’s long, flowy dress.
Rihanna’s bright white Elie Saab Haute Couture gown really was stunning, with its feathers and high neck.
Lea Michele graced the red carpet in a pretty navy blue number by Romona Keveza, especially unique with its asymmetrical top and feather-like skirt.
When has Nicole Kidman not looked amazingly stylish on the red carpet?! Not that we can remember, anyway. As always, her look was a winner, with a classic black gown by Prada.
Kristine Elezaj’s double-layer black dress was also extremely elegant.

Although on the red carpet, it’s usually all about how chic the ladies look, we’d live to give a special mention to David Guetta, who looked very sleek in his denim, military-style blazer. Also, notice his super cool guitar-shaped belt clasp!
And last but not least, our major don’t of the evening:
Lady GaGa looked excentric as always last night, but although her ever-creative outfits often remain esthetically-pleasing, we just couldn’t wrap our heads around this one. But at least she stood out!
