3 Simple Cider Cocktails to Try This Spring

Don’t worry, the warmer days are coming up very soon. With the summer coming up, you are probably expecting to hang out at night with friends on your deck. That’s true happiness, if you ask me! But what to drink? If you want some cocktails that will really leave a good impression, here are some delicious recipes to try, all using our new favorite alcoholic drink; the organic Cuvée 525 BIO still cider by Domaine Lafrance. Refreshing, light, and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s like biting in a fresh, juicy apple. Yum! You’re going to love it, we guarantee. Cheers!

1. The B Martini


5 oz of Cuvée 525 BIO cider 1oz of Domaine Lafrance Ice Cider Juice of 1/2 lemon
15 ml of Tiki 1930 syrup – Sold at Alambika 1 lemon wheel for garnish

-Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients except the lemon wheel. Shake well for 5-10 seconds and strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.

2. Old 525


3 oz of Cuvée 525 BIO cider
2 oz of Tonnelet (Domaine Lafrance Cider Aperitif liqueur) Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sparkling water or soda Ice
Apple wedges to garnish

-Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients and mix gently with bar spoon. Top with sparkling water and garnish with apple wedge.

3. SangriO


7 oz of Cuvée 525 BIO Cider 15 ml LEMO lemonade syrup – Sold at Alambika
15 ml of simple syrup Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sparkling water or soda
Crushed ice Lemon Zest

-Fill a small pitcher or a large wine glass with crushed ice. Add all ingredients, mix in with bar spoon and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon zest.
