For the filling:

  • 6 cups of peaches, cut into ½ wedges
  • 1 cup of blue
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

For the toppings:

  • 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Make the filling of the crumble combining the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt. Put the filling into ramekins or a square pan. To make the topping, grab a large bowl and mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar on medium until it becomes light and fluffy. Then add your flour and salt to the mixture, mix until large pieces form. Then scatter this mixture over the filling. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Then just let it cool for 20 minutes before serving.

This recipe was made for 8 servings and doesn’t take long at all. Protip: It’s best served with vanilla ice cream!
