    How Good Are Your Interview Skills?

    When looking for a new position, no matter how good you look on paper, the face-to-face meeting is your real chance at showing the HR manager that you are the perfect candidate for the job. Have you mastered the art of giving a good interview? Take our quiz to find out!
    1. Your interview is scheduled for 3 pm. What time do you arrive?
    2:30 pm.
    2:50 pm.
    3:05 pm.

    2. How do you usually dress for an interview?
    I wear my edgiest, most fashionable outfit.
    I wear something classic.
    It depends on my mood that day.

    3. Where is your cell phone while you’re being interviewed?
    In my purse, but I leave it turned off.
    I leave it in my pocket, turned on in case of an emergency.

    4. Should you take notes while in an interview?
    Yes—it shows the interviewer that I’m genuinely interested in the position.
    No: it gives the impression that I’m not listening to what the interviewer is saying.
