I am making a (excuse my language) piss-poor hourly rate at my job at Convergys. I started there a year ago and, in that time, I have gotten a big...0.10 raise. I started at 10.00/hour. I personally think that jobs should start at at least a 12.00/hour starting rate...at least to meet up with demands of bills and rent. The hourly rate/salary that I am making at Convergys is in one word...CRAP!!!! Get up off your butts Convergys management and start paying us what we deserve!!!!! [less] [delete] [flag] [reply]
