I have some tree ornaments that were my moms from 60 years ago and my colection that now spans 37 years. We don't go for theme style trees, Christmas Trees are tradition that is passed on from one generation to an other and should be charished as such. We have so many ornaments that our tree never looks the same from year to year, except for kids ornaments that go on every yrear and my favorite childhood one that is about 45 years old.

I find that my theme changes from year to year so always have to be buying new ornaments anyway.

very true. Christmas ornaments should have a meaning to you for sure. I'm 18 and still love putting my Baby's First Christmas ornament up ! haha
