I have real trouble relaxing and find meditation very difficult. I have just been reading a book about walking meditation which really appeals to me so I am going to give that a try, we are having lovely fall weather at the moment and I have a week off work so I am going take advantage of that and see how it goes.
If anyone else is interested the book is "Walking meditation" (who'd have thought...) by Nguyen Anh-Huong and Thich Nhat Hanh, it has a dvd and cd included which I am finding more helpful than just the text.
