Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Crust: 1 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/3 cup melted butter
Mix and pat into spring pan or baking dish
Mix: 1/2 cup white sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
Blend until creamy. Fold in one container of cool whip. Pour over crust and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle a bit of graham wafer mixture on top as well. Freeze. Enjoy.
