Hi pavlova, yes layers are good! I can`t believe the weather is cool already! Last year it didn`t get cold until late November - I guess we can`t be that lucky all the time!
today was so windy here in Montreal, it really made my bike commute challenging. Plus I'm not sure how to dress for the ever-changing Canadian weather—I guess layering is the way to go?
When i was younger a big part of my life in the fall was a trip out to Collingwood, On. a little town out side of it called meaford was where we always went to Pick Macintosh Apples. You couldnt consider it to be fall in canada without a trip to pick your own apples. The drive there was amazing and blue mountain looked as beautiful as ever and the leaves had all begun to change colors. I really miss that now but i got to admit my apple consumption has dropped dramatically. Another piece of fall was a drive through Algonquin Park. The colors there was amazing.
This is my second autumn in the `fruit belt` aka the Niagara Peninsula, it`s nice to have the delay in fall weather, but at this point I think more residents are being grateful for the little bit of rain and the temps dropping to 20`s this week. With any luck I can go without a jacket for my b-day this month! ~glee~
