During a recent barbecue session, we put these Mastro Italian-Style Pork Back Ribs to the test. This is serious business for the rib lovers that we are. Ten minutes on the grill was all it took before we could dig in. What can we say? Balsamic and Fig is our favourite flavor by far, but Roasted Garlic and Tomato, and Spicy Fire Roasted Tomato also pleased the jury. Each piece is individually cooked before being smoked with walnut logs, which results in juicy pre-cooked pieces caramelized to perfection on the grill. Do note, this fresh, non-frozen product, is vacuum-packed for ultimate freshness. Our latest must-have for impromptu barbecues!

$14.95 at Loblaws, Metro, Sobeys, and Longos.
