Batter Up!

We love breading food, and the tasty crunchiness that results from our dedicated efforts. The sticky wet mixture that accumulates on our fingertips after the deed is done? Not so much. Here’s a nifty solution to avoid just that: when breading, use one hand to dip your food into the wet batter, and once it has made it into the dry mix, use the other to dip it back and forth into the bread crumbs. That way, you get a breaded delicacy without the mess, and develop your ambidexterity in the process!
