Tricep extensions Sit on a bench and hold a 10 lb. dumbbell behind your head with both hands, your elbows by your head and bent at a 90 degree angle.

Squeezing your triceps, extend your arms (keeping your elbows slightly bent) to lift the dumbbell above your head. Return to starting position.

Do three sets of 12 repetitions.
