One arm row Stand to the right of an exercise bench, holding a five-pound dumbbell in your right hand. Then get into position by leaning forward and supporting your weight with your left knee bent on the bench. Keep your back level with the ground, and lean onto your left hand placed in front of you for stability. Let the dumbbell hang straight down from your right hand. Slowly lift the dumbbell to your hip, bending your right elbow and keeping it high. Concentrate on keeping your back and shoulder parallel with the ground. Slowly lower the dumbbell down back to starting position.

Do two series of 10 reps, then switch to the other arm.
