Celebrity fragrances: they tend to be hit-or-miss. So we first sampled the new Rebelle by Rihanna fragrance with trepidation. However, to our happy surprise, the scent—with its gorgeous stiletto-style bottle—came out a winner. Not too overpowering, it was the perfect blend of sweet and slightly spicy.
