When searching for a soothing and refreshing skincare solution, it’s sometimes a good idea to substitute a trip to the pharmacy for a trip… to the fridge. Get a cucumber and a pot of plain yogurt, preferably 2% fat. Then peel ¼ of the cucumber and grind it, before mixing it with two tablespoons of yogurt. After thoroughly cleaning your face, apply the mixture on your skin and utter a loud, “Ahhhh!” Remove the excess after 20 minutes, and rinse your face with cold water.
