Hors d’œuvres are a holiday party staple that often lead to overindulging. To make sure you don’t consume too many calories before even sitting down for the main meal, here are a few healthy appetizer choices that passed our taste test.
      President’s Choice Cooked Shrimp Ring
Shrimp is by far the best hors d’oeuvre anyone can munch on, so you can indulge and not feel guilty. Shrimp is low in calories, high in protein and has plenty of nutrients that are good for you. However, don’t overdo it on the dipping sauce.
