Vitamin A and beta carotene
Vitamin A and beta carotene are essential when it comes to eye health, and also help in preventing night blindness and improving vision, particularly at night. They are also indispensible for the retina, as they help the eyes adjust to changes in light.

This vitamin helps protects the eyes against medical conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration. It’s an eye affliction that occurs due to the deterioration of the macula towards the centre of the eye’s retina that can lead to blindness.
