How High is Your Workout Motivation?

Is there nothing standing in the way between you and the gym, or do you always look for an excuse to avoid working out? Test your exercise motivation and read up on some ways to keep it moving upwards.
1. Under what circumstances would you cancel your workout session?

A natural disaster.

A cold or the flu.

Any excuse I can find not to go...

2. At shopping malls, do you use the escalators or the stairs?

Escalator.

Stairs.

It depends how tired I am.

3. How many times per day do you think about working out?

At least two or three times.

Once.

None.

4. You’ve planned to hit the gym after work tonight. How do you feel?

I’m looking forward to decompressing.

I’m looking forward to firming my butt before I leave for Mexico.

I’m dreading it.

5. Do you work out no matter the season?

I switch sports depending on the season to ensure I stay active all year long.

I only practice one seasonal activity.

Winter is a perfect excuse to do absolutely nothing!
