Water Leg Lifts Stand in the water with your back to the side of the pool. Lean onto the edge of the pool with your elbows. Keeping your legs straight, bring them up so that your torso and thighs form a right (90 degree) angle. Hold the position for 10 seconds, continuing to breathe at a regular rhythm. Bend your knees to slowly bring your calves down, before straightening your legs and returning to the starting position. Repeat five times.
