The Small Dog
The name of the exercise explains it best. Place yourself on all-fours, legs and arms shoulder-width apart. Raise your left leg in the same fashion as a dog urinating, i.e. your leg at a 90-degree angle (between the thigh and calf) and forming a parallel with your back. Return your leg to the ground. Do 3 series of 20 repetitions with each leg.

    Brad & Angelina are the clear winners strictly because of there efforts to help the world from a hands on approach. All the couples give generously to the less fortunate, but Brad and Angie not only give money they actually have a more hands on effort. So in my opinion they are the true winners of what celebrity should also include not just making money and going to award shows.

    Does anyone else feel like this works their butt more than their inner thighs during the exercise? Maybe I'll feel this tomorrow but all I can feel it working right now is my butt and shoulder blades! Please let me know if I'm doing it wrong

    yeah i definitely feel it more in my butt during the work out but your butt muscles are connected to your inner thighs basically so secretly its working that whole area

    This one is so easy and it works! You just have to combine it with a couple other exercises and your guaranteed to see results :)

    I could really feel the burn with this one. It's a pretty tough work out. My legs were wobbly after doing it for the first time.

    After you lift your leg, straighten it so the bottom of your shoe is facing the wall. I thought that made me work my inner thigh a lot more.
