To be Realized

Your presence is a gift to the world,
You're unique and one of a kind.
Your life can be what you want it to be-
Take it one day at a time.
Count your blessings, not your troubles,
And you'll make it through what comes along.
Within you are so many answers,
Understand, have courage, be strong.
Don't put limits on yourself,
Your dreams are waiting to be realized.
Don't leave your improtant decisions to chance-
Reach for your peak, your goal, and your prize.
Nothing wastes more energy than worrying-
The longer a problem is carried, the heavier it gets.
Dont take things to seriously-
Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
Remember that a little love goes a long way-
Remember that a lot goes forever.
Remember that friendship is a wise investment,
Life's treasures are people.... Together
Have health and hope and happiness,
Take the time to wish on a star.
And don't ever forget for even a day......
How very special YOU are!!!! |

Living your Purpose

You know, this last year i had a strange revelation.
You do know what a revelation is right?
"The act of revealing or disclosing. Something revealed, especially a dramatic disclosure of something not previously known or realized."
Anyways, what I realized is that I am where I am supposed to be. After all this time of wondering, it just came to me one night right out of the blue.
Honestly. No joking. Just doing some stargazing and enjoying the peace and quiet, when all of a sudden the light went on and I just knew.
Knew what?
Knew that a higher power was at work, and that things are the way they are supposed to be.
Now I am not saying thins are perfect in my world, but perfection is truely overrated.
With perfection, there is nothing to strive for. Nothing to work towards and look forward to.Not a thing out of place.
Well we all know that will never be the case, so why do we even strive for perfection?
Most of us are too hard on ourselves. We try to be perfect, when in fact, that is just not possible. Well so what! Life is lide, with all of its challenges, trials and tribulations.
You do recognize the word tribulation right?
"Great affliction, trial, or distress: suffering.
An experience that tests one's endurance, patience, or faith."
We certainly all have those from time to time. I truly believe that you are where you are, because you are supposed to be.
Maybe the light hasn't gone on yet.
Maybe you still wonder why things are this way.
Maybe you want them to be different and wish they would be.
Perhaps it is time to realize your purpose in life, and start living it! Here's hoping that your light goes on soon. |

Power Of Friendship

A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a sign advertising the 4 pups. And set about nailing it to a post on the edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he felt a tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of little boy.
"Mister," he said, "I want to buy one of your puppies."
"Well," said the farmer,
as he rubbed the sweat off the back of his neck,
"These puppies come from fine
parents and cost a good deal of money."
The boy dropped his head for a moment.
Then reaching deep into his pocket, he pulled out a handful of change and held it up to the farmer.
"I've got thirty-nine cents.
Is that enough to take a look?"
"Sure," said the farmer.
And with that he let out a whistle.
"Here, Dolly!" he called.
Out from the doghouse and down the ramp ran
Dolly followed by four little balls of fur.
The little boy pressed his face against the chain link fence. His eyes danced with delight.
As the dogs made their way to the fence,
the little boy noticed something else stirring inside the doghouse.
Slowly another little ball appeared, this one noticeably smaller. Down the ramp it slid. Then in a somewhat awkward manner, the little pup began hobbling toward the others, doing its best to catch up...
"I want that one," the little boy said, pointing to the runt. The farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said, "Son, you don't want that puppy. He will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would."
With that the little boy stepped back from the fence, reached down, and began rolling up one leg of his trousers.
In doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe.
Looking back up at the farmer, he said,
"You see sir, I don't run too well myself,
and he will need someone who understands."
With tears in his eyes, the farmer reached down and picked up the little pup.
Holding it carefully handed it to the little boy.
"How much?" asked the little boy. "No charge," answered the farmer, "There's no charge for love."
The world is full of people who need someone who understands. |

A women s worth

| A Womens Worth
You could buy me diamonds
You could buy me pearls
Take me on a cruise around the world
Baby, you know I'm worth it
Dinner lit by candles
Run my bubble bath
Make love tenderly to last and last
Baby, you know I'm worth it
Wanna please
Wanna keep
Wanna treat your woman right
Not just dough
Better show
That you know she is worth your time
You will lose
If you choose
To refuse
To put her first
She will
and she can
Find a man who knows her worth
Cuz a real man knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always come first
And a real man just can't deny
A womans worth
If you treat me fairly
I'll give you all my goods
Treat you like a real woman should
Baby, I know you're worth it
If you never play me
Promise not to bluff
I'll hold it down when shit gets rough
Cuz baby, I know you're worth it
She walks the mile
Makes you smile
All the while
Being true
Don't take for granted
The passions that she has for you
You will lose
If you choose
To refuse
To put her first
She will
and she can
Find a man who knows her worth
Oooooh
Cuz a real man knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first
And a real man just can't deny
A womans worth
No need to read between the lines spelled out for you
Just hear this song cuz you can't go wrong when you value
A womans (womans, womans, womans) worth
Cuz a real man knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first
And a real man just can't deny
A womans worth |
