News i didn't want to hear !!!

| Wow, i know sleep apnea runs in our family ( 2 brothers ,a sister & nephew )& i am the latest victim !! I have been so misserable these past few months & when i went for some tests my oxygen level was way low so i had some breathing tests done & i was just told by my doctor that i have severe obstructive sleep apnea !! Blew my mind.He said at least now we have the explaination as to why i felt so miserable,have headaches & cannot lose any weight.My organs are not getting enough oxygen to function properly.I don't know how to tell Dennis or if i am going to because the treatment is a breathing machine & we just don't have the money for one !! Guess i will continue on as i am & hope that one day i can find a machine to borrow or buy real cheap.There is always something & i am sooo tired of all the bad & negative,i just want to be healthy & lose weight.It seems like everythime i get going i get pushed to the ground again & i am so tired of it.Come on spring so that i can at least get outside & try to get some weight off. |
