Not A Title by Skull Collector

Not A Title

As far away as one can tell
Where the happy weep and the silent yell
The earth lay dry where rain once fell
The lonely live in private hell.

No one to hear a silent call
Or hate the offered love at all
Where words unspoken loudly fall
The weak give strength to a lonely wall.

You will not hear a happy weep
Or the wakefulness of sleep
And the solid tears that seep
For loneliness is theirs to keep.

The Mist and All by transy

The Mist and All by Dixie Willson

I like the fall
The mist and all.
I like the night owl's
Lonely call
And wailing sound
Of wind around.

I like the gray
November day,
And bare, dead boughs
That coldly sway
Against my pane.
I like the rain.

I like to sit
And laugh at it
And tend
My cozy fire a bit.
I like the fall
The mist and all.

Loneliness by fredamans

Loneliness makes you lose your mind
You do things out of sync
Leaving your fondest memories behind
Faster than you can blink

Loneliness makes you sad inside
Like you're out in the World alone
You can't run, have nowhere to hide
No place to call your home

Loneliness makes you think of things
You'd never thought you'd do
Taking no pleasure in what life brings
Always feeling cold and blue

Loneliness makes you finally die
Pure sadness wells up from within
You never took the chance to cry
Releasing your demons to Him.

An original, from my book, Poetical Journey.

Mothers Are Special

Anonymous

There is no love like a mother's love,
    no stronger bond on earth
Like the precious bond that comes from God,
to a mother when she gives birth.

A mother's love is forever strong,
    never changing for all time
And when her children need her most,
   a mother's love will shine.

God bless these special mothers,
   God bless them every one
For all the tears and heartache,
and for the special work they've done.

When her days on earth are over,
   a mother's love lives on
Through many generations,
with God's blessings on each one.

Be thankful for our mothers,
for they love with a higher love
From the power God has given,
and the strength from up above.
