Don't forget to drink a lot of water. I drink between 5 - 6 tall glasses per day. At first it seemed like a chore, but once you get used to it, it's easy, plus it's refreshing. I make sure I have a tall glass or two once I am finished walking.  This actually helps flush your system and kick starts your metabolism.
