I read somewhere (one of the magazines I get) that if you have an office job, or a job where you sit for a long time, if you eat a banana as your snack, it can help to maintain your weight, or at least that you don't gain a pile of weight.

Good to know, if only everyone liked bananas! HAHA

Well, I love bananas and I don't sit around but I am still chubby - do I need to eat many, many bananas?

Maybe , but I think that I read somewhere it  has been  proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout.
So watch out if you want to maintain your weight !!
