Hey Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone out there had any advice on getting motivated to start going to the gym and to start running every day. I have a year and a half year old and it makes it hard to get out and do anything with him. I also work full-time and get up at 6am every morning. I was thinking of getting up earlier and going for a run with him, and then going to the gym after work.
Any other ideas ladies?
