| Hey everyone, "Happy St. Patrick's Day!" It's the middle of the week, but we can still party at the pub tonight. Go easy on the green beer, eh? Put on your shirts that read "Kiss me I'm Irish". May the luck of the Irish be with you! |

| Now that it's March, "Get outside!". Spending some time outdoors in natural light will help energize you and improve alertness. It gets me in a better mood when I see sunshine, spring flowers and green grass! |

Did anyone watch Olympic figure skating last night?
Korea's Kim Yu Na won gold with a world record score of 228.56 She skated flawlessly, so perfect.
Mao Asada of Japan moved into second with 205.5.
Joannie Rochette of Quebec won bronze with 202.6. She skated well under difficult circumstances, tlosing her mother due to a heart attack four days before.
They all skated incredibly well. They have practiced long and hard and really deserve the medals! |

Weekend is Around the Corner
Friday, February 19 2010 at 4:41 pm
|
|
Looking forward to a nice weekend. Hope it's a warm one. The forecast calls for above 0 temperatures here. The only thing is all the snow begins to melt and creates a big slushy mess everywhere. Is there a way to avoid mud puddles? |
