Kingston is a great city to live in, when I first moved here I hated it, but of course I compared it to my hometown in B.C. Also my mom had just died when we moved here and my dad was dying....but having lived here now for 15 yrs......it is now my home town! Is the any way that you can travel? Do you get outside at all? Will be thinking of you

Hi friend.....O.M.G. you are so absolutly right! Am trying to live life to the fullest and appreciate what I do have...not what I don`t!
We have decided that there are no U-Hauls behind the hearst....so we try to live knowing that we can`t take it with us, but at the same time teach the girls some responsibility and to make choices in life.
We have decided to travel this summer and drive to B.C. with our bug dog Bella and 2 teenagers.....should be interesting!! We leave on July 28th and home around Aug 15th, will visit a few friends along the way. We are also going to the Edmonton Mall! The girls are excited! Same as me!

Hi Elaine was good to hear from you! Am sorry if I take forever to get back to you, I don`t get on here as much as I did in the cooler months, but try at least once a week or twice! My hubby hates to see us on the computer as he is a dinosaur!! He won`t even try to use it!!!
You have family here in Kingston! Do you get here often? I really like it here, at first when we moved here I hated it, we had moved from B.C. and my mom had died and dad was dying.....both are gone now and miss them at times! Yes there was an art show downtown, but didn`t enter it this yr, actually have never entered it! Guess I am too insicure to do that yet...but have had many shows in my home and they went well as well as hanging them in resteraunts and an old folks home in town here.I haven`t painted in a few months! Gotta get back to it, but find it hard during the summer months!

I agree totaly when it comes to people with pets! Some people should never have them!! I do not hesitate to call on someone about animal abuse.
I sure hope this weekend proves to be a better one!
How are you doing? What do you like to do for fun? I have to get back to painting soon,as I haven`t painted in a few months and have two paintings that I need to finish....seems life is too busy here!

Thanks for adding me as a friend! How long have you been on the Divine site? I have been here for a few yrs and really enjoy it! I actually came accross this site by mistake.and am glad I did. I have met many great friends here and do enjoy getting here when I can. I don`t come here as often in the warm months as am outside more!

Hi Elaine! Mommy life is wonderful. Danica is a little busybody, she learned to crawl last week and is all over the place now and getting into things. It`s awesome to watch! As for the wedding plans.......... What plans? Haha. Honestly, my fiance and I have been so busy with everything we`ve been procrastinating horribly. Eventually I`ll have to cut it out with the `it will all just fall into place` attitude and start getting stuff done, lol. We`ve got a small guest list - just under 60 people, so that`s part of the reason I haven`t yet been panicking. How are you doing? What`s new? :) |

Morning!!
Strawberries are easy to grow..in a pot or hanging basket...partial shade..just make sure you get everbearing kind..they blossom in spring and again in the fall...the plant produces little runners that you can take and plant in other pots...they are the perfect berry for balconies!!

My son loves vicks vapour rub even if he dosen`t have a cole he asks sometimes for it he says it helps him close his eyes! lol |

Summer is ok for now, not too much hot weather and have yet to go find some water. Not too many swimming lakes around here. But I am going back to BC for vacation at the end of the month, so I am very much looking forward to that. How about you? |
