when i rolled my car i had my little sister who was 11 at the time and my son who was about 2 neither of them had any injuries at all i had a cut on my forehead a few bruises on my legs and a cut in my hair and it cut a little chunk out of my bangs and i had only had the car for about 3 months too. I`m working on laundry today and i need to do some painting, gotta pick up some brushes for it this weekend, i have paint and thot there was brushes here but i was wrong..

Hi Wendy... No, no, for the most part it really isn`t dangerous to be an English speaking person in Quebec and most French people are very nice but there are the hardliners that take things to the very extreme which is unfortunate.
Perhaps the part of town you got lost in was a very French neighborhood and therefore the reason people did not understand you. If you were downtown you probably would have had less trouble and even a French speaking person would have been able to understand and help you. On the other hand if one is not French or bilingual then it would be difficult to find a job but as you say, one of them may have a job already lined up so that is a plus.

HI Wendy,,,just got home a bit ago from first day of training,,only 4 hrs..Was interesting and they said I did a great job,,caught on quickly and I wasn`t afraid to ask questions,,from what I understand the women they were training last week,,didn`t do so good and really didn`t like being trained by someone so much younger then herself,,the girl training me today is 24,,and I had no problem with that,,she knows what she is doing and is really nice..
Yeh my family,,last time we were all together ,,,that would have been 4 yrs ago for Mom`s funeral..and even then there are some of us whom just don`t get along no matter what..the very oldest always seems to me that she is never happy unless she is bitching about one of my other siblings or me...it is sometimes very hard being in this big family...I am one of the nuetral ones,,I get along with everyone,,,and other try to drag me into the middle but I never take sides,,finally they are all learning,,My brother in Chilliwack ,,I haven`t seen since Moms funeral..he and his girlfriend both have had very serious drug problems etc,,,and have lived far from here since I was what 17,,,yeh so since I was 17 I have maybe only seen him 4-5 times,,and 2 of those times he didn`t even know who I was...he is about 7 yrs older then I am...OK,,gonna stop now,,I could go on forever telling you all about my family
Ah,,,nice that Larry is working part of this week,,gives you a bit more time by yourself..and good that he wants to get out and do more work,,
Anyhow,,Wendy,,,woke up this am with my period and feel ever so horrible,,,headache backache etc etc,,so am going to go lay down...

I read elsewhere that Ben & Jerry`s have been doing this annually since May 5 1979...so for 30 years now. They do some fundraising events while doing this and sometimes people come from charitable organizations as well. Pretty good deal! Unfortunately I do not have one here, but my B-day is coming up in May so I should recieve a coupon for a free blizzard from Dairy Queen! Yum!

hi wendy i can`t remember the last time i was on here , it has been a while , heidi is doing great and a little terrible at times she can be outside and them comes in and pees even tho she was outside , but we are working on it , i am back at work , working days and boy i am sore i have not worked days for quite a while since feb so i am out of shape. my last week i had holidays april 18-27 it was snowing and very cold so i did not too much did a few things and had by birthday and brians and we were busy i had some troubl;e with my computer and it took a couple of day s to give it a rest and i t is back up and running now and i am not going to touch anything hahaha, got our camper just about done and the new flooring is lookin great . can`t believe it , we got a new mattess for the camper and all i have to do is stock it with some pershiables and we are set to go can`t wait. to get away , i hope it warms up tho i want to get out side and do some cleaning and i can`t to cold to work , any way take care you need to be on antibiotics that you have a refill everytime you get an infection, take and and i think about you too how you are doing ect. talk to you soon.

Hey Wendy...My brother was with Debbie for close to 20yrs,I believe Debbie was about 50yrs old, ,,they didn`t have kids together but she had a son or two..I didn`t know her very well,,,most of the time they lived in Prince George,,and the times I did see her she was drunk,,she had alcholizm very bad,,,she always had a mickey of vodka and drank it straight..so it is very hard to get to know someone like that...my brother took care of her all the time...she went many times to a clinic and stayed for weeks..but it would never last long...and I think my brother just got used to it..for a time,,they had custody of her grandsons ( her son bad drinking and drug problem and the mother disappeared a long time agao) and I know Bud got really attached to them...they got them after she had been in a clinic for 2 months..then they had the kids for close to a year,,until Bud ( while at work allday everyday) found out she was drinking behind his back..and it wasn`t long after that that ,,child services took the kids away from them too...Debbies 2 grandsons were then in foster care and Bud was the only one to ever go visit them..the son was most of the time drunk and so was Debbie..so he would visit at least once a week and would never forget special occasions...So Debbie Funeral is on Wednesday...I ofcourse am not going to make it..but Bud will have 5 siblings there with him for support..good thing there are lots of us..Ok here is a list of my family members in order of age and were they live...

There,,,now you can see sometimes it is soo much fun telling people about who is who in my family cause there are soo many of us...LOL
OMG,,,Yeh David and our oldest Ashlee are two of the same and they too could get into some great fights, but difference is that I made David realize long time ago that if we expect our children to respect us we should respect them..so they would work it out...and I never took sides...just advice them both to settle down and work it out...LOL
Ok as for the smilies...they will not work on board to board..and copy and paste only works in replies to blogs..when doing a blog you must use the url and click on the little picture thingy in the tools at the tops of the blog to put them in your blog..hope that helps..cause I don`t understand why they would work sometimes and not others..
Anyhow..I am taking it easy today...not doing too much..just usual house hold chores...Happy Monday

Hi Ya!! Yeah, there are a lot of romours floating around about Miley. Been taking photos of my moms artwork and my cross stitch ones, and my daughters picture she made for me!! Then we all went out to the island and i took family photos there. Hope to put them on the computer to have a look at them!! i always take horrid pictures!! What is new your way? such a crappy day and i bought perennials on the weekend!! It is to snow for two days. yuck!!!

Good evening Wendy...the feeling is mutual as I too love getting your messages. I know, isn`t it wonderful to have that alone time, I am sure you thoroughly enjoyed it. Now you can look forwrad to hubby going to B.C. ... Unfortunately I cannot get Terry to move from my side, he is a homebody so he is always at home and when I go to the mall or errands he insists on chauffering me door to door but that is okay because I like being dropped off from door to door and having him carrying the parcels (he can`t wait to unload my arms of them) and leave me parcel free. I can`t complain, he never gives me any trouble and I can come and go as I please whenever I want to go out with my friends.
The couple from Calgary that is moving to Montreal... they don`t speak any french? Do they know that Montreal is 80% french and nearly impossible to get a job if they are not bilingual or do they already have jobs lined up? My sister moved to Calgary and when she comes home to visit she says she will never move back to Montreal due to all the French politics. I was just reading an article in the newspaper about two women speaking English to each other on the street and some French person told them that they should be speaking French as this was Quebec... imagine!
In any case, of course without question if you are ever in Montreal I would love to meet you, wouldn`t that be wonderful?
You just name the date and we will figure out a place to meet...

Hi Wendy..Nice to know I have good friends like you and everyone else here at I Divine for Support,,,
My brother Allan is getting lots of counciling,,for all his problems,,meds, depression, anger and achohol,,,although his wife still doesn`t believe she has a problem..so just hoping all will work out for them ,,their daughters are 16 and 10...
My other brother Bud,,who`s girlfriend died yesterday afternoon,,is a bit better this am,,but has so much to do,,all the arrangements which her family are basically taking care of but he is trying to be a part of,,,and they want him to be..but I know what it is like,,trying to make all the arrangements and keep everyone happy...
David is doing great,,yes he got on meds right after being at the doctors,,so is basically all better..he has gone fishing today,.
Everything else here is going OK,,,I start training at the post office next tuesday,,so wont be online as much,,,
Say gosh ,,,haven`t your doctors done any testing to figure out why you are having re occuring bladder infections,,that much be getting soo frusterating,,,(((Big Hugs)))) hope your feeling better soon...

Hey Wendy. How have you been? Thanks.. one of my songs does not play very long though I`ve been told. I have been procrastinating at updating them. Don`t worry my husband helps me when it comes to the computer or I would be clueless. I have been enjoying the nice weather and taking my dog out for walks. It`s been a long winter for him as well. Can`t wait for June when the pool weather comes!
