OMG - its the same on my end..my husband is too hard on the kids and he says I give in too much. I think our kids are great so I guess I`m more free- basically I trust until proven otherwise - then I will change my rules if things need to be handled - my husband thinks the worst right off th bat - listens to other peoples problems and then takes it out on our kids evn though they aren`t like the other kids. Good thing he`s not home much - actually, things are so much more relaxed and happy around our house when he`s not around - well, as relaxed as it can be when I have to do everything. LOL - men ay. Morning Artsee,,,Hope your feeling ok...well cold here again this am..is -19 brrr..and has snowed most the night..glad I don`t have to head out to work ,, the roads are slippery...LOL we have never in our area ever had a snow day..it never gets cold enough here that the buses don`t run and we get lots of snow here so it doesn`t bother anything...I all my 42 yrs there has never been a snow day around here...
Hope your daughter is feeling better,,,asthma,,nasty..all my girls would get bronchitis all the time,,but now they all have kinda outgrown it...
No smoking is going OK..still only having 2-3 a day,,,those are usually all in the morning,,hardest time of the day...Friday is gonna be my first smoke free day....gotta do it...

Hi again. Hope you had a good day. My son`s hockey game went well. They don`t really keep score because he is only in Jr Novice, meaning he just started. And yes I`m very proud of him and yes I wish he would stopping growing up so fast. Well got to go and fold clothes...boring . Have a good one.

Oh I hear you with the men, my husband is so needy to - always wanting a hug - or a back rub or something. Or he`ll offer to cook for me but it`s more work for me cause he doesn`t like to look for stuff - just gets me up and down constantly where`s this - where`s that. But at least he tries - LOL - actually I threw out a pan of lasagna he TRIED to make on Sunday - man oh man did it suck. Have a great day

Been working hard at work - but I always have my email open and check regularly for posts and stuff. Makes for a more interesting day. So many deadlines at work and lots of things to do with the kids. My daughter has a volleyball tournament this thursday, starts at 4:45 and if they win - the last game starts at 10:15 - yikes - better get a sitter for my son as that is too late - even though they have a PA day the next day. Kennedy (my daughter) is suppose to have gymastics thursday but can`t go - and to top it off -she has a new coach at gymnastics which she doesn`t like - she doesn`t spot the girls properly and Kennedy said she almost got hurt because of this girl. I wonder if I can get a refund??
Wishing I could get away from everything for a while - have a nice fun girls weekend in a warm climate with some cold beer and some handsome men massaging me. Yes there is tons of support online,,have set myself on a couple of chat board for people whom are quitting.. and I belong to a few other freebie boards were the members are fantastic and very supportive..so have lots of support lined up for my quit day,,Feb 1st...Yes I plan to be all prepared for feb 1..Thanks

When I got off the computer last night I watched the World Poker Tour on T.V. until almost 5 A.M. before falling asleep.
Congrats on your $50.00 gift certificate win, that was nice. I have not given up on all contests, I still plan on doing the daily Devine ones plus a few others. I will also check the group blog and do the one time entries - it was all the daily ones (and I was entering so many of them) that started to take up so much of my time which I gave up. Eventually I hope all the junk mail will stop coming. Have a good rest of the day

Hello again. I love Montreal and just cannot imagine living anywhere else. I love the city life, the noise, the buses on the corner, the corner stores (or as we call them here, the depanneurs) on every corner and no matter where you need to go it`s not far. Although I have lived here all of my life I do not speak french but it doesn`t seen to be too much of a problem. I can get by in a pinch but certainly cannot carry on a conversation or understand one for that fact but generally when shopping the clerks are friendly and will speak in English. It`s a great city and if you ever visit again you will find that most of the people whether french or english are friendly

Hello Artsee, how are you feeling today? Wow, it sure sounds like you have had your fair share of health issues. I have been pretty lucky, absolutely no health issues for 50 years and rarely went to the doctor for check ups. Then at 50 I developed a blot clot and at 51 I had two blocked arteries in my right arm which stemmed from a fractured collar bone which I have had since birth and had to have a double bypass in my arm. All is well now although I still don`t have 100% use of my right arm and will be on medication for the rest of my life but the bright side is... I cannot go back to work due to my job was 8 hours a day on the computer. Woohoo, I love this early retirement.
Anyway, I hope you are feeling better and have a great Sunday

hi artsee i hope you are feeling better, it must be very hard to cope having infection all the time, i could not put up with that my pain tolerent is not good , i think i am haveing a better friday than last but still miss yogi very much, when it is nice out we go for walks and i do not feel like going at all or being outside , i hope it get better. so how was your day mine i slept all day, i have to work tonight i have two more nights and then i start my days on tuesday. it will be a not to bad of a week because i have taken some bank time off so i do not have to work to much in the next three weeks, will have to do some spring cleaning tho. have a great weekend.
