The clock’s struck noon, which means lunch time at the office! You cringe at the sight of a soggy sandwich and bemoan spending your hard-earned dollars on a take-out meal workday after workday. Divine.ca has a scrumptious five-day meal plan that’ll have you looking forward to your lunch break all week.

Buy all your ingredients on the weekend, bring them to work on Monday and leave it in the office fridge in a reusable grocery bag clearly labeled with your name for the rest of the week. Each day, when the noon hour hits, you can whip up a fresh, new meal. The recipes are easy, quick, cost-effective and absolutely delicious. Best of all, the ingredients you purchased will all be used up by the end of the week.

Hi Bruna! Have you tried using the Food Finder tool in the Fitness & Nutrition section yet? It's a handy tool for looking up the nutritional content of many different foods. Check it out at: http://www.divine.ca/en/fitness-and-nutrition/food-finder/c_30/
