When it comes to adding the eggs, reserve half the egg whites and set aside. Once all the other ingredients are mixed together - and just before your ready to pour into a pan - whip the egg whites until they are fluffy. Spoon into cake mixture and gently mix. Follow the rest of your instructions for the cheesecake.
