| It is funny they know we have to have passports and they dont put more workers on. If you are planning a trip u can wait up to six months now. Okay not bad if you are driving Id will usually work. But flying forget about it | |

| The trick is to give a little more money and get an urgent passport, you get it in a week , whereas before you could get it in a day. | |

| I think a lot of people are making urgent passport, so maybe that adds to the wait times for normal applications, When I applied for mine in 2005, they said it will arrive in 2 weeks and it was at my door within 5 days. | |
