Margaret Atwood "Moral Disorder" by Iryna
Thursday, March 6 2008 at 11:24 am

This is a pretty slim read compared to her previous books, but it is just as good.It is actually amaizing. The book is about a woman, that we follow through out her life, that is constantly ,since a very young age, a "governess" to other people's needs.Atwood has a way of describing things and feelings in a very different way from most writers.I read this in 2 days while I was on a greyhound bus.Recommend it!

Just a quick question...I keep hearing from people that Margaret Atwood has passed away some time ago, but I hear from others she is still alive and writing...can anyone tell me the truth?

As far as I know Atwood is alive & doing fine. Am looking forward to more great novels from her! She certainly has a distinct outlook & her stories/ideas stay in your mind.

Check out The Handmaid's Tale if you like Atwood. I'm reading it right now and can't put it down... *flips the page*

Ooh, I love Margaret Atwood... My two favourites of hers so far (although everything I've read has been amazing) are Alias Grace and The Handmaid's Tale.  They're both worth checking out!  I haven't read Moral Disorder yet - maybe I'll tack it on to my mat. leave reading list!
