well i saw some girls with tights on we wore those in the 80 with our neon colors lol omg what colors i wonder if we could be seen from space.lol i guess its coming back some people cant wear tights it shows every bulge fat and people who are really short i couldnt see myself wearing them again talk about noticing everything ha ha
I like cropped tights under a flowy dress, with a cute pair of flats. Nice for summer, and hides more than bare legs! That's the only way I'd wear them though.
