I don't know about you late in the afternoon I get really tired. I found a Quick Fixs: Lie on your back & use pillow to prop feet at a level higher than your head. This encouage blood flow to the brain, which boost alertness.

I'll have to try this one for sure...this is supposed to be good for circulation and in pregnancy as well.
