I really enjoy being crafting and making my own creative items, so when Divine posted the Homemade Scented Soap article I was completely overjoyed! I have always want to make my own soaps, not only for myself but I think that they would make great Christmas or Birthday Gifts.
So I started looking around for some great recipes/ideas for soap making, and I have found plenty of resources, and how to's (like at Craftbits.com, they have every craft idea there imaginable! Kind of sparked my interest in homemade lip balms too!). But nowhere could I find some real life tips from people who actually have tried to make soap.
So before I invest in all the supplies and equipment, is there anybody who has tried making soap or does make soap? I could really use some tips and advice.
Once I get it all figured out I will share some of the photos with you, kind-of like an "I did it!" tutorial.
Can't wait so excited!
