Now this might sound crazy but one thing i do to de-stress is pull out a piece of paper and then just write down random thoughts when i read over it i start to laugh and relax

what i do is go through the alphabet from A to Z and make the words  and I look in the Apt. for all the letters and after that I take a bath and one thing is that I take my husband pillow and I put my head on it and I go right to sleep and I have not stress
