Trying to destress: Guilt by 260184846

I find that this is a very unique type of stress - stress caused by guilt. I felt that I was guilty today because I witness someone falling into a trap. This young girl who actually looked like a younger version of myself was interested in renting my apartment. I didn't giving her any warnings while my landlord was showing it. My apartment building is a hellhole but my apartment itself was nice. The location of sherbrooke and st famille, I can see why many students would find it appealing but if they knew of the horror stories, the tears, the stress, the rodents, etc of the building, the would change their minds. I wanted to take a stand about how terrible this place is and when the landlord stared at my the whole time while the girl was looking around my apartment, I froze and couldn't find any words or actions until she said that it was a great apartment and she wanted to take it. I was shocked and felt so guilty for not helping others out of a huge mistake.
