I am looking for tips on training a female puppy. She goes outside and then comes in and goes again on the floor. We stay out for awhile so I don't think she doesn't have evough time. We go out on waking, after meals and drinking plus whenever she looks like she is searching for a spot. Still she comes in and drops trou. Help!
I only have a small dog but since they realistically are supposed to release their bladder more then a big dog I trained him to also go on paper which I have a tray underneath so it does not make a mess. It actually works when I'm gone and I've only ever had a mess twice in the last 4 1/2 years I've had him. They say it's best to train them from a pup though.
