Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Instructions

  1. SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.
  2. MIX artichokes, butter and garlic; spoon evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. MICROWAVE on HIGH 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with Triscuit or Triscuit Thin Crisps Crackers.
Serves: Makes 1-1/4 cups or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each.
Prep: 5 min.
Total: 6 min.
 
Size-Wise:
Savour every bite of this tasty dip. Each 2-Tbsp. serving goes a long way on flavour.

How to Soften Cream Cheese:
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

Jazz It Up:
For a pretty presentation, sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Nutrition Information Per Serving (2 Tbsp (30 mL)):
130 calories, 11g total fat, 6g saturated fat, 30mg cholesterol, 260mg sodium, 5g carbohydrate, 1g dietary fibre, 0g sugars, 3g protein, 8%DV vitamin A, 4%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 2%DV iron.
