| It seems like i am the only one out there interested in trying to find some support so i won't over eat .Guess everyone is too busy getting ready for Christmas.Oh,well i will struggle on . |

| LOL Sorry I would help but I'm pregnant and finally feeling better and can't help but over eat. I will re-think this though once I have the baby!! Good Luck to you and just stick with it. If you have to eat a christmas treat just keep it to one or a small piece etc. :) | |
