| Good day everyone.How was your week?.I must say i did good for the stresses that we had to hurdle through.I was down 1 1/2 lbs this week,while i missed my 2 lb goal i think i did real good.I may have hit the 2 pound mark if i had drank my daily quota of water which i don't think i did for 2 full days last week.I will continue on again this week.Starting to get some work done here at home for Christmas & get room ready for the return of our oldest son that is living in Alberta,he is coming back to the rock to live.I will lose my nice ,cosy sitting room where we have the computer & lazy boy set up to watch TV if we don't want to watch what is on in the living room,oh well,he will move again i am sure.I hope you all have a good week & remember to take it one day at a time & to take time out of each day,even if it is only 20 minutes for yourself.You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of everyone else,you are important too. |
