Hi, not such a good week,up 2 1/2 lbs.i don't get it.it is like i have to brains, one that knows and understands what i have to do and then another that says, you need to eat this now.Can someone tell me how i can get lap band surgery  for $50.00 a month payment. The surgery is about $20,000 and i know my provincial government will pay some but i don't know how much.Does anyone have a millionaire friend or relative that takes on charity cases and would like to fund my surgery as a charitable donation? I would do just about anything to have this lap band surgery done.I want to live, i want to go for a long drive without having to be on morphine and still suffer for days afterwards.I want to go for walks with my husband and dog.I would like to go to bed and not have to be hooked up to a CPAP machine to breathe so that i don't sufficate during the night.I want to be able to work fulltime at something. Please someone help me or help me find someone who can help me !!!!

I wouldn't suggest anything that drastic. Have you tried just getting out walking (when the weather cooperates)? It is free and I know it makes me feel good. I can't afford a gym, but I find walking clears your mind, gives you energy and makes you feel good. Losing weight is just a bonus. I listen to an Ipod with upbeat songs to keep me moving too.

Maybe short walks to start with and see how you feel. Can any of your family members help you? Have you spoken to your doctor?

Good luck and don't be too hard on yourself - that just adds undue stress.

Have a great weekend!
