Hi Ashia,,,well this weekend just kinda flew by,,,Ashlee my oldest was here all weekend,,she Maria (my youngest) and I stayed up late Friday night play cards..then on Saturday, hubby me and the girls all piled into the truck and went down to Kelowna,,we did a bit of shopping and went to visit hubbys Father in the hospital,,he had emergency surgery ,,blocked artery in his thigh,,docs worried about it moving up to his heart area...Surgery went well and he is looking good..will be a few more days before he comes home..just crappy that he is in Kelowna,,just about a 2 hr drive from home...I am just taking it easy today,,Ashlee ( my oldest) headed home to Alberta today,,and I will worry til she calls me and she is home safely...Hubby went to haul firewood and hay for his Mother ,,cause his Dad wont be able to do much for a while now that he has had surgery...and Maria went to help her aunt today,,so it is nice and relaxing here at home,,,I am on the computer entering contests and such,,with both curtains open watching it snow like crazy outside..has been really chilly out all weekend and has been trying to snow also,,and it is finally here,,just coming down outside now..

Hi, my week was short - off today, Dave and I are heading over to Buffalo to shop. I can`t believe it`s already the end of November. I hope your weekend is fun at the christmas party.

Hi Ashia...did lots of cleaning in my house on mon tues and yesterday hubby and I went shopping,,just about all done now..and today,,has been kinda crazy..hubby and I didn`t sleep well last night and neither of us got out of bed til 11 am..
Then oldest daughter Ashlee came here,,( she is from Alberta but has been staying at her friends whom is due to have a baby anyday)...and then they left for town...and hubby and I have just been relaxing..So nothing new and exciting happen ...Anyhow..have a Great Evening

my day hasn`t been to bad, just a lazy day, should be baking and decorating but to cold to do anything , sould be under the blanket and watching tv too , i have to work tonight so i have to go then , yogi and i did not go for a walk today to cold , brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,

i use to go to bc about once a year usually in march or april when i had my spring holidays now it will be every other year
my sister was just down in sept so we will maybe go in the summer or wait till next year2009

Good afternoon ashia! Funny that my husband got us the internet at home last week, and not once did have a moment to come on this site to say hi :-)
I had a great weekend! Saturday was my work Christmas party for kids, so that took up most of Saturday afternoon, and yesterday I got my tree up! Had alot of fun doing that! Last night Lucas and I made Xmas crafts - glue and sprinkles and stuff, lots of fun! Seems we`re going to get a ton of rain this afternoon...as long as it doesn`t snow I`m ok :-)

Ready for christmas? that`s funny! I`ve got so much to do, i don`t know if christmas fits into my schedule lol. I am cooking for dinner at my mom`s house on christmas eve, and then i am cooking for a big family dinner at my house on christmas. As well, i have to pack up my condo and move it home by christmas. I`ve tried to do a little shopping, but i am no where near ready. Hope you had a good weekend.

Oh it was so cold here, but sunny. No snow to speak of. My dad and hubby built our fence today!!! yay!!!!!!!!! That was a huge load of my back. Now we can use our yard. Since the dumb jackasses next door were forced to tear down their barn, we have had no privacy what so ever....so we built a wall between us and them!! We`ll see what happens. Hope you had fun decorating! I`ll start next week maybe. My two cats like to climb and eat the artificial tree.....crazy!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, he was of the drop dead gorgeous type!!!! Dark hair, dark eyes....his mom is Spanish and his dad is English....has an amazing accent....you just want to melt!!!!!!!! Anyway, he was interesting. I had my cards done 2 times. The last time was about 2 years ago and it was ok.....didn`t help that I know the guy from work! lol If I would have known that, I wouldn`t have gone at the time. I would like my cards done again at some point. I also had my numbers done. That was amazing. The guy was bang on everything. I was at a point in my life, I didn`t think I would ever find `the one` and had no direction at all. Once the numbers guy did his thing, I met my husband within a couple of months and it has all panned out so far! I would just love to see a psychic or something and have them completely knock my socks off. The White Lotus has quite a few people like that coming and going.....I will check them out again to see what they have going on. How`s things with you? Talk to you later :)

I find fishing relaxing, especially if you are on the water! I lilke the fresh air though! Treat yourself to a girls fishing weekend heheh....you could start a new trend!

Hi ashia - my weekend is pretty good - I`m just waiting for my oranges to finish in the oven (drying them) and I`m on to making butter tarts - I found another new pastry recipe to try. Monday`s suck don`t they, we should have a 3 day weekend. I find if I go into work with a smile on my face and think positive - the day goes much better. Just because your a `temp` doesn`t mean you don`t need to know the job. They are only messing themselves up ay. Well, try to have a good one.

my wireless has been giving me a lot of trouble, so am having difficulty keeping online and lose stuff I have written or uploaded.

Its been pretty busy so far, my second son is home from university after a month so am spending time with him, went to Toronto downtown yesterday to look at some new release condos by Queenscorp, real nice condos, but way too expensive. My eldest is interested in getting one. Let`s see what happens.
