Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I was going through some of your photos, it looks to me like you make every day a great day at the office. All of you got so decked out for Halloween, I can only imagine what your Christmas party will be like! lol Anyways, enjoy the rest of your week. Any big plans for the weekend?

Cindylee I read your message and I feel for you. I have had the same experience except I unfortunectly I am not able to quite my job. But must stand fast and hold my head high because I must say and report issue if you every want them to be corrected and when things happen and the management have been warned, I know in my heart that I did every thing to prevent those issue. And now when a collegue complains about an other collegue I just ask them have you told any manager or put it in writting, if the answer is no I tell them to quite complaining and do something about. I just want to say way to go and all ways stay true to your self.

A new lady was hired at beginning of sept...I as asst manager heard complaints from co workers,,,I also had a few issues with this lady..and she was not picking up on what needed to be done and really wasn`t doing much at all..So I took coworkers complaints along with my own to the manager...whom checked into it all..then she called me into the office last Friday,,said no one else had a problem,,that she figured I was the one with the problem...So to find out that non of my co workers would verify what their complaints were kind of made me look the fool..so I realized they did not respect me much,,,neither did my manager,,,so I quit. I am lucky in the fact that I did not really need to work finaically but worked for something to do now that my girls are basically grown up,,only my youngest 17 still at home...
I kinda feel bad now for the girls at work,,,but it is their own fault...they are swamped,,and one person short and stuck with a lady whom does next to nothing....Heard from a friend,,,( remember I live in a small town) whom says all the other girls feel bad too because they truely didn`t think I would quit...
Anyhow...am truely OK with this ,,,and feel good about finally getting my house into shape..will after a bit maybe look for a part time job....

Hi Maya...haven`t heard from you in a while..How`s it Going? I am doing great,,quit my job last week and am now going to enjoy taking time for myself,,am gonna love it once I have my house cleaned...
