| gagnemd, fibromyalgia is an auto-immune disorder, so anything that helps your immune system to thrive, such as eating less allergens, will help you feel better. I try to feed my family of 5 gluten/low processed foods daily. A local asian market or a larger food store will have rice flours, tapioca flours and such for baking and gravies. Rice cakes, crackers are cheap and cupboard staples, as well as rice, potatoes, yams. Alot of foods are avaiable, just experiment with the baking in small batches, BIG hint! Also, most cooking sites have great recipes, like this one: http://allrecipes.com/HowTo/Using-Alternative-Flours/Detail.aspx (I hope this helps) |
