3 Exercises for a Better Butt

For a while, the big trend in fitness was flat, well-defined abs. But recently, it’s changed: now everyone wants a butt that’s defined, muscular, and round! In order to get a bubble butt worthy of the name, we’ve found the most effective exercises to attain one. With discipline and motivation, a fantastic butt is guaranteed!

1. Squats

2. Butt Raise

This is a simple exercise, but it makes all the difference. If you want to increase the difficulty, you can hold weights in your hands, and place them at a 90 degree angle away from your body. To maximize comfort, set yourself up on a mattress or yoga mat. Details can be found here

3. Stretched Plank

The plank is another well-known exercise, but this time with a difference. The beginning position vaguely resembles a pump–you stretch out an arm and the opposite leg, and then alternate. You can add weights to increase the difficulty level. Find a full explanation here.
